Yomdel Customer Services Supervisors are part of a team responsible for supporting the daily operations of the overseas live chat operators, to ensure a consistent high quality of live chat engagements. The role also involves extensive contact with customers, both for designated new clients and on-going account relationships. Yomdel operates 24/7 and the role requires shift work and some flexibility.

Quality & Performance Trainer

The Quality & Performance Trainer is responsible for the training and professional development of Yomdel teams in the UK and overseas, to ensure a consistently high quality of live chat engagement and other essential customer service tasks. Yomdel operates 24/7 and the role requires a flexible approach to working with some evening work.You will devise and deliver a training plan that equips staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their tasks and to help them with the ongoing, long-term improvement of their skills.
